Ingredients
- 2 Cans (6oz) of lump crabmeat (must be LUMP, makes 6 cakes)
- 2 tbls sofrito
- 1/2 pack of Ritz Crackers (crumbled)
- 1.5 tbls mayo
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1 tbls Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 cup of bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- Oil for frying
Directions
- Heat oil in pan
- Check with a wooden tool, it's hot enough when the tool bubbles in the oil
- Fold all ingredients together (except bread crumbs)
- Form into 1/4 cup patties
- Dip in bread crumbs, fry on each side until golden brown
- Drain on paper towel
- Enjoy with Sneaky Mayo or Tartar Sauce
