===Ingredients===
*1 lbs 85/15 Ground Beef
*1 Tbsp [[267 Seasoning]]
*1 large onion (white, red or yellow)
*Vegetable, canola or avacado oil
===Equipment===
*Cast Iron Skillet
*Burger Press
*Mandolin
===Directions===
#Season ground beef
#Slice onion with mandoline as thin as possible, set aside
#Roll beef into plum sized balls
#Heat oil until just smoking
#Place meat ball into pan, place a few slices of onion on top and then press down to flatten the burger
#Cook for 2 min, then flip
#Cook for additional 2-3 min
