===Ingredients===
*2 bunches of collard greens
*1 large onion (diced)
*2 Tbsp minced garlic
*1 green pepper (diced)
*3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
*1 cup vegetable/chicken broth or water
*2 Tbsp liquid smoke
*1/4 cup [[:Category:Ancestral Seasonings|Ancestral Seasoning]]
*Salt & pepper to taste

===Directions===
#Saute onion, garlic, green pepper until fragrant
#Add 1/2 the collard greens, mix and saute for 1 minute
#Add other half of greens and seasoning, mix
#Add broth or water and liquid smoke
#Cover pot and set for 15 minutes
#When time is up, do a quick release, mix and season as needed
