Collard Greens (Instant Pot)

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of collard greens
  • 1 large onion (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 green pepper (diced)
  • 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup vegetable/chicken broth or water
  • 2 Tbsp liquid smoke
  • 1/4 cup Ancestral Seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Saute onion, garlic, green pepper until fragrant
  2. Add 1/2 the collard greens, mix and saute for 1 minute
  3. Add other half of greens and seasoning, mix
  4. Add broth or water and liquid smoke
  5. Cover pot and set for 15 minutes
  6. When time is up, do a quick release, mix and season as needed
