Collard Greens (Instant Pot)

Ingredients
- 2 bunches of collard greens
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 green pepper (diced)
- 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup vegetable/chicken broth or water
- 2 Tbsp liquid smoke
- 1/4 cup Ancestral Seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Saute onion, garlic, green pepper until fragrant
- Add 1/2 the collard greens, mix and saute for 1 minute
- Add other half of greens and seasoning, mix
- Add broth or water and liquid smoke
- Cover pot and set for 15 minutes
- When time is up, do a quick release, mix and season as needed
