===Ingredients===
*1 large ciabatta loaf
*1/2 medium onion (sliced)
*2 cup sliced mushroom
*1 lbs sliced roast beef, warmed 
*2 plum tomatoes, sliced
*1/2 cup beef gravy
*5-6 slices of cheddar cheese
*Black pepper
*1/2 cup mayo
*EVOO
*Garlic powder
===Directions===
#Heat oven to 350 degrees
#Saute mushroom, set aside
#Saute onions, set aside
#Slice loaf in half lengthwise
#Drizzle EVOO on cut halves and sprinkle garlic powder, place in oven for 5 min (Just to warm an lightly toast)
#Remove bread from oven
#Stack sandwich in this order
#*Tomato
#*Onion
#*Roast Beef
#*Gravy
#*Cheddar cheese
#Place bottom half under broiler for 1-2 min until cheese is melted
#Remove from oven and spread mayo on other half of loaf, combine, slice and serve
