From Auntie's Cook Book

Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 head of garlic (peeled)
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 bunch of culantro (recaito)

2 tbsp EVOO

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor until smooth
  2. Pour into ice cube tray and freeze overnight
  3. Remove from tray, break up cubes and store in plastic bag
