Seafood Salad

From Auntie's Cook Book

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp - chopped or bite sized
  • 1 lb crabmeat - real or imitation
  • 4 stalks celery - diced
  • 1 small or 1/2 medium onion diced
  • 1 small container mushrooms - sliced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 small container grape tomatoes - halved
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp worcestshire sauce
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp EVOO
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 3 tbsp of Sneaky Bastard Flavor Sauce

Directions

  1. Melt butter in pan
  2. Add mushrooms, wine and EVOO, sprinkle S&P, saute for 5 min. #Allow to cool
  3. Combine all ingredients and mix
