Seafood Salad
From Auntie's Cook Book
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp - chopped or bite sized
- 1 lb crabmeat - real or imitation
- 4 stalks celery - diced
- 1 small or 1/2 medium onion diced
- 1 small container mushrooms - sliced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 small container grape tomatoes - halved
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp worcestshire sauce
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp EVOO
- Salt & Pepper
- 3 tbsp of Sneaky Bastard Flavor Sauce
Directions
- Melt butter in pan
- Add mushrooms, wine and EVOO, sprinkle S&P, saute for 5 min. #Allow to cool
- Combine all ingredients and mix
