Sauteed Collard Greens

Ingredients
- 1 Bunch of collard greens (destemmed and sliced into 1/2 inch ribbons)
- 3 roma tomatoes (sliced)
- 1/2 medium onion (sliced)
- 3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
- 2 tbls butter
- 2 tbls wine
- 1 tbls low-sodium soy sauce
- Ancestral seasonings
Directions
Recipe works as-is in a 14in wok, smaller pans may need to be done in batches
- Heat oil in a wok/pan
- Add onion and garlic, saute for 30 seconds
- Add collards, mix well to coat greens with oil
- Stir constanly for 2 min
- Add wine, scrape up any dark spots in pan
- Add tomato, soy sauce and ancestral seasonings, mix well
