Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 orange, juiced and zested
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 shallot, finely minced
- 1 cup olive oil
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together orange juice, zest, vinegar, mustard, syrup and shallots
- Slowly drizzle olive oil while whisking, adjust to taste with salt and pepper
