Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 orange, juiced and zested
  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 shallot, finely minced
  • 1 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together orange juice, zest, vinegar, mustard, syrup and shallots
  2. Slowly drizzle olive oil while whisking, adjust to taste with salt and pepper
