Monkey Bread

Equipment
- 12 in Camp Dutch Oven w/ accessories
- Lid lifter
- Gloves
- Chimney starter
- Trivet
- Aluminum foil or Dutch Oven liner (Helps SIGNIFICANTLY with cleanup)
- Small pot (for melting butter)
- Kingsford Charcoal (Yes, Kingsford. Other charcoal does not produce consistent results)
- Match Light may also be used, but will make Mr. Tucker die a little inside
Ingredients
- 2 rolls of Pillsbury biscuits
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 stick butter
Directions
- Begin lighting charcoal about 30 minutes ahead
- Line Dutch Oven with foil or liner
- Tear biscuits into quarters.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in plastic bag.
- Drop each quarter into bag and shake to coat well.
- Place in Dutch Oven.
- Melt butter and pour over biscuits, cover with lid
- Place 17 hot coals on the top and 8 hot coals underneath.
- Be sure to spread them out evenly. Think of a clock, put a coal where each number would go and then
- Cook for 35 minutes, DO NOT TAKE LID OFF BEFORE TIME. This will release the heat at make it take longer.
