Chickpeas
- 1 lbs dry chick peas
- 6 cups water
- 30 minutes high pressure, 15 min natural release
Spaghetti Squash
- 1 med spaghetti squash, halved lengthwise and deseeded
- 1 cup of water
- 7 minutes high pressure, quick release
Black Beans
- 1 cup dried beans
- 4 cups water
- 30 minutes high pressure, 20 min natural release (15 min may be enough)
