Eggplant and Tofu StirFry

Ingredients
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp agave nectar
- 1 tbsp wine
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1-2 chinese eggplant, large diced
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp minced scallion
- 2 tsp chili oil
- 1 Block of Extra Firm Tofu
Directions
- Stir fry eggplant and tofu for 2-3 min
- Add sauce, garlic, scallion and chili oil
