Eggplant and Tofu StirFry

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp wine
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1-2 chinese eggplant, large diced
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp minced scallion
  • 2 tsp chili oil
  • 1 Block of Extra Firm Tofu

Directions

  1. Stir fry eggplant and tofu for 2-3 min
  2. Add sauce, garlic, scallion and chili oil
