From Auntie's Cook Book
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of Mrs Dash
- 1 tbls natural brown sugar
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbls kosher salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Amount is good for:
- 2 Racks of spare ribs
- 1 Whole Brisket
- 1 Whole Pork Shoulder
