Dry Rub

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of Mrs Dash
  • 1 tbls natural brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbls kosher salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Amount is good for:

  • 2 Racks of spare ribs
  • 1 Whole Brisket
  • 1 Whole Pork Shoulder
