Cornbread (Revised)

Ingredients
- 1 cup Yellow Corn Meal
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp salt (optional)
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup oil
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees
- Grease baking pan with oil or butter
- If using a 10" cast iron skillet (highly recommended), place into oven while heating
- In a bowl, combine corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix until combined
- In a separate bowl, combine eggs, oil and milk
- Combine ingredients until just combined
- Remove skillet from oven and pour batter into skillet
- Place skillet in oven for 20-25 minutes until top is golden brown
