Chicken and Rice(Dutch Oven)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 6 -8 mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 Tblsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. garlic
  • 6-8 pieces of chicken (2-3 lbs)
  • Seasonin to tast

Directions

  1. Add water, soups, and sour cream to your Dutch oven, mix well
  2. Add onion, mushrooms, garlic and worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Place chicken in Dutch oven and sprinkle chicken with poultry seasoning.
  3. Place Dutch oven on coals for 90 minutes. Enjoy!
