Chicken and Rice(Dutch Oven)

Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 small onion, diced
- 6 -8 mushrooms, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 Tblsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. garlic
- 6-8 pieces of chicken (2-3 lbs)
- Seasonin to tast
Directions
- Add water, soups, and sour cream to your Dutch oven, mix well
- Add onion, mushrooms, garlic and worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Place chicken in Dutch oven and sprinkle chicken with poultry seasoning.
- Place Dutch oven on coals for 90 minutes. Enjoy!
