Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 12.5 oz can of chicken chunks
- 4 Tbsp Mayo
- 1 Tbsp coarse ground/spicy mustard
- 1 tsp Sazon
- 1 tsp Chinese Chili Oil
- 2 Tbsp sweet relish
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together

- This recipe VERY much relies on ancestral measurements
- Place on top of rice cakes with a slice of sharp cheddar cheese
