Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spread or regular butter (softened)
  • 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup parsley (minced)
  • 1 x 12in loaf of Italian or French Bread
  • (optional) 1 cup of shredded Parmesan Cheese

DIrections

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Combine butter, garlic and parsley in a bowl and mix
  3. Cut bread lengthwise and spread butter evenly on both halves
  4. Place on baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil
  5. Bake for 15 min
