  • 4 medium onions, thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
  • ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Lightly coat the inside of a 6-qt. electric or stove-top pressure cooker with cooking spray
  2. Combine the next five ingredients (through salt) in the pot. Lock lid in place. Set electric cooker on high pressure to cook 20 minutes.
