Equipment
- Instant Pot w/ steamer basket
Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower
- ½ cup of flavor liquid (stock, wine, etc)
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 3 tablespoons Onion Jam
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 3 tablespoons butter
Directions
- Break cauliflower into florets
- Put flavor liquid in Instant Pot
- Put cauliflower in steamer basket, insert in InstantPot
- Pressure cook for 2 minutes, instant release
- Remove steamer basket, pour leftover liquid into food processor
- Add butter, cauliflower, onion jam, sneaky bastard flavor sauce, ¾ cup of Parmesan to food processor
- Blend until smooth
