*1 Cup Dried Black Beans (Not soaked)
*4 Cups of water
*1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash
*3 Bay leaves

===Directions===
#Place all ingredients in an Instant Pot
#Cook for 30 min High Pressure
#After 15 min natural release, open vent
#Remove wings and shred the meat, separate from the skin
#Strain beans, mix with the meat
