===Ingredients===
*24 wings (drums and flats)
*2 Tbsp [[:Category:Ancestral Seasonings|Ancestral Seasoning]] 
*Juice and zest of 1 lemon
*1 Tbsp black pepper
*4 Tbsp neutral oil (canola, avacado) divided in half
*1 tsp kosher salt
===Directions===
#Season wings and set aside for at least 30 min (the longer the better)
#Heat oven to 400 degrees
#Toss wings with 2 Tbsp of neutral oil
#Place wings in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 35-45 min or until well browned
#In a pot slowly heat other 2 Tbsp of oil, zest and juice
#Remove wings from oven and toss with lemon-pepper oil
