===Ingredients===
*1 rack of baby back ribs
*1 cup of water
*1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
*1/2 cup of BBQ Sauce
*1/4 tsp of liquid smoke(optional)

===Directions===
#Season ribs, let sit for a few hours to come to room temperature
#Insert rack in Instant Pot
#Place ribs in circular pattern on the rack
#Add water, vinegar and liquid smoke. Take care not to wash off the seasonings
#Close lid and pressure cook for 25 min with 10 minute natural release
#Remove ribs and place on baking sheet
#Brush ribs with BBQ sauce
#Place in broiler for about 3-4 min (do not take your eye off of them, the sauce can smoke and burn quickly)
