===Ingredients===
*2 lbs chicken breast cut into thin strips
*2 large bell peppers, 1 diced 1 cut into strips
*1 large pkg of baby spinach
*1 large onion sliced
*3 cloves garlic chopped
*.5 cup abilone sauce
*2 cups cheddar cheese
*2 tbls cider vinegar
* 1 tsp liquid smoke
===Directions===
#Cook chicken in pan, season w/ s&p, set aside with juices
#Heat oil in pan
#Saute garlic for 1 min
#Add onion and peppers, saute for 5 min until soft
#Add spinach and cook until wilted
#Add chicken
#Add abilone sauce, stir
#Sprinkle cheese and cover
#Remove from heat when cheese is melted
*serve over rice or noodles
