===Ingredients===
*2 cups neutral oil
*1/2 cup Annatto Seeds
*2-3 stems of culantro
*2 stems of oregano
*5-6 cloves of garlic (smashed)
===Directions===
#Bring all ingredients to boil on low heat
#Stir for 7 min, turn off heat
