===Ingredients===
*1 roll of pizza dough
*2 cups of [[Marinara Sauce]]
*1 lb of mozzarella cheese (shredded)
*1 small onion, sliced
*6 oz of sliced white mushrooms
*8 oz of sliced sweet peppers
*1 lb of ground Italian sausage, browned
*4 oz of thick cut salami
*12 in cast iron skillet
*1 tsp cornmeal
*EVOO for skillet
===Directions===
#Heat oven to 425 degrees
#Grease skillet with EVOO 
#Sprinkle cornmeal evenly on bottom
#Roll out dough to cover skillet and up the sides
#Layer in this order: cheese, sausage, onion, salami, mushrooms, sweet peppers, cheese, sauce
#Bake for 25-30 minutes
